Copy the setup notes, then create their restricted GHL user, affiliate profile, and Gusto invitation.
You do not add closers here
Your normal GHL onboarding is the only place a closer is enrolled. After you create their restricted GHL user, affiliate, and Gusto contractor record, the onboarding workflow automatically creates their private training link, adds them to this roster, updates the leaderboard, and sends their welcome email.
The private training link starts the closer’s seven-day practice window only on their first click.
Emergency fallback only: create a training link manually
Use only if the GHL onboarding automation failed. Do not use this during normal closer onboarding.
Test the closer experience
Use this only for your own testing. It creates a separate private QA link under the Ambivious admin email. Closers never see or use this manager tool.
Where a new closer is added
- Create their restricted GHL user and affiliate during closer onboarding.
- Add them as a Gusto contractor.
- Mark the GHL onboarding complete.
- The automation handles the training link, welcome email, leaderboard roster, and private AI-training record.
This Operations page is for monitoring, transcripts, pausing access, and emergency recovery only. Closers never see it.
